 Driving Directions

From the north (using I-25 S):

  1. Start on I-25 S.

  2. Take exit 212B for Speer Boulevard.

  3. Merge onto Speer Blvd.

  4. Continue on Speer Blvd for about 2 miles, passing by the Denver Aquarium on your left.

  5. Keep going on Speer Blvd until you reach the intersection with W 8th Ave.

  6. Turn left onto W 8th Ave.

  7. Continue on W 8th Ave for a few blocks until you reach the destination, 825 Speer Blvd, on your right.

From the south (using I-25 N):

  1. Begin on I-25 N heading north.

  2. Take exit 207B for US-40 E/US-287 N/Colfax Avenue toward State Capitol.

  3. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for US-287 N/Colfax Avenue E.

  4. Merge onto Colfax Ave.

  5. Continue on Colfax Ave for about 1.5 miles, passing by the Colorado State Capitol on your right.

  6. Turn right onto Lincoln St.

  7. After a few blocks, turn left onto E 8th Ave.

  8. Take the first right onto N Speer Blvd.

  9. Continue on N Speer Blvd until you reach the destination, 825 Speer Blvd, on your right.

 

From the East (using Colfax Ave):

  1. Start on Colfax Ave heading west.

  2. Continue on Colfax Ave for several miles, passing through downtown Denver.

  3. After crossing Broadway, continue on Colfax Ave for about 1 mile.

  4. Turn right onto Lincoln St.

  5. After a few blocks, turn left onto E 8th Ave.

  6. Take the first right onto N Speer Blvd.

  7. Continue on N Speer Blvd until you reach the destination, 825 Speer Blvd, on your right.

From the West (using 6th Ave):

  1. Begin on 6th Ave heading east.

  2. Continue on 6th Ave for several miles until you reach the intersection with N Speer Blvd.

  3. Take the ramp onto N Speer Blvd.

  4. Continue on N Speer Blvd for about 1.5 miles, passing through downtown Denver.

  5. Stay on N Speer Blvd until you reach the destination, 825 Speer Blvd, on your left.
